Cancellation Policy


Some Sure Shot products may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a Sure Shot subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries of our products based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.
  • Billing and payment
  •  Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery, unless you’ve chosen to pay for a set term in advance.
  • Auto-renewals
  •  Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next billing date.
  • How to cancel or change your subscription
  •  You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next order is processed:
    • Use the link in your order confirmation email, or
    • Log into your account (if available) and manage your subscription settings.
If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment, but you may still be eligible for a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

From time to time, Sure Shot products may be available for purchase as a pre-order, meaning they are out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.
  • Payment for pre-orders
  •  At checkout, we may:
    • Collect no payment upfront, or
    • Collect a partial deposit and securely store your payment method, then
    • Charge the full or remaining balance when your order is ready to ship.
  • Cancelling a pre-order
  •  You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., before it has shipped). Any deposit or payment already made for a cancelled, unfulfilled pre-order will be refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return or refund where permitted under our Returns Policy.3. Try-Before-You-Buy
Sure Shot may occasionally offer products on a try-before-you-buy basis.
  • Authorization and trial period
  •  When you place a try-before-you-buy order, we will place an authorization on your chosen payment method for the value of the products before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified trial period (as indicated at checkout and/or in your order confirmation email) to decide whether you want to keep the product.
  • Keeping or returning the product
    • If you decide to keep the product, do nothing: once the trial period ends, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
    • If you decide not to keep the product, you must follow the return instructions provided and ensure the product is returned within the stated timeframe and in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you do not return the product within the trial period, or if it is returned outside of our Returns Policy conditions, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase price.For more information on eligibility, timelines, and conditions for returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
