Refund policy

At Sure Shot, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying them.

First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are trying Sure Shot for the first time and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for one (1) pack of Sure Shot products from your first order only.

This means:

  • The guarantee applies only to the customer’s first order

  • Refunds are limited to one pack total, even if the first order included multiple packs or products

  • Refunds are not available for additional packs, bundle quantities, or repeat orders

For example, if your first order includes multiple 2-packs, 4-packs, 6-packs, or powdered mix packs, you may only receive a refund for one eligible pack.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of your first order.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@sureshot.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of your request

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • the order must be your first order placed with Sure Shot

  • the request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • the refund is limited to one pack of Sure Shot product

  • the product must have been purchased directly from Sure Shot through our official website

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we detect abuse, fraud, or misuse of the policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@sureshot.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may ask for:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

  • a description of the issue

Returns

Because Sure Shot products are ingestible consumable goods, we do not accept physical returns of opened or unopened beverage products unless required by law.

If a return is authorized by our team, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Merchandise and Branded Items

Company-branded merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging, if applicable

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Customized, special-order, clearance, or final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or refund unless defective or required by law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for Sure Shot consumable products.

For eligible merchandise items, please contact support@sureshot.com to request an exchange, if available.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

All sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund, unless required by law.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
